TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our quote price includes all cleaning equipment, cleaning products and microfibre cloths.

Payment Terms – We accept Cash, Cheque or Internet Bank Transfer (with Internet Banking, payment must be paid on the day of service and proof of payment (receipt) must be provided to us by the customer)

Deposit – a deposit of $100 is required to secure bookings for upholstery cleaning/carpet steam cleaning, spring cleaning, window cleaning, oven cleaning and ($200 deposit required for flood restoration)

If payment is not made on the day of service, we have the right to refuse service.
CANCELLATION – If a customer needs to cancel a service, we require at least 24 hours written notice, either via SMS, Email or telephone contact.

CANCELLATION – If we arrive to perform any cleaning service that has been booked, and cannot contact the customer or gain access to the premises, then a cancellation fee of $100 applies.

PETS –  Please note we take no responsibility nor accept any liability regarding customer pets. Please ensure that your pets are kept secure and in a safe environment during a cleaning service. 
Any work required on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays, is by negotiation and will incur extra charges.

For commercial customers, we are happy to provide a Tax Invoice payable within 30 days, into our business Bank account. A late payment fee of 10% applies if our Tax Invoice is unpaid after 30 days.

Due to Health & Safety Regulations, we are unable to clean human or animal faeces on carpet areas and floors and are unable to lift or move heavy items.

All customers must contact us with any concerns they may have within 24 hours of a service being completed, otherwise, we will not accept any further responsibility.

If customers contact us within 24 hours of a service being completed, with any concerns, we will inspect the worksite and rectify any work which we believe requires restoration.

Customers cannot request that a cleaning service be done more than once unless a further additional payment is made, e.g. if a floor is walked over once it has been cleaned, then it can’t be cleaned again without further payment.

We respect our customers’ privacy and confidentiality and do not release customer details to anyone, unless required by Law to do so, or unless the customer authorises this in writing.
